About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Meeting Coordination:
- Proactively schedule and organize meetings with architects, builders, and potential clients using tools like calendars and email.
- Confirm appointments, prepare meeting agendas, and ensure all materials
(brochures, tech specs) are ready.

2. Client Engagement:
- Represent ASTON in meetings, delivering engaging pitches about our modular pools and innovative features (e.g., glass designs, movable floors).
- Collaborate with senior team members to refine pitches and address technical questions (training provided!).
- Follow up with clients post-meeting to nurture leads.

3. Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, and industry stakeholders.
- Attend industry events or site visits to expand ASTON's network.
- Keep partners updated on new product launches or promotions.

4. Market Research:
- Identify emerging trends in luxury residential/commercial projects (e.g., demand for glass pools, eco-friendly designs).
- Research competitor offerings and gather insights to refine ASTON's sales strategies.
- Compile reports on potential high-value clients or projects.

5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align pitches with brand campaigns.
- Partner with the design team to tailor visuals/presentations for specific clients.

6. Travel:
- Visit client offices, construction sites, or events locally (transportation costs covered).

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 10000 per sale).
