About the internship

As a Business Development (Sales) intern at S1 SHIPLEE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in driving the growth of our business through various sales and marketing strategies. Your English proficiency in both spoken and written communication will be essential in building relationships with potential clients and partners. Proficiency in MS-Excel will help you analyze sales data and track progress, while knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing will be key in reaching our target audience and driving conversions.

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
2. Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
3. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
4. Create engaging content for social media and email marketing campaigns.
5. Analyze sales data using MS-Excel to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
6. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas and initiatives for business growth.
7. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and expand our reach.

Additional information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 600000 /year

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (2% of total client revenue of first week).

Required candidate must have experience working in any shipping aggregator company
