1. Excellent communicator and superior people skills
2. Comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts
3. Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
4. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
5. Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (CRM software, etc.) and telephone systems
6. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
8. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
9. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
10. High school diploma; B.com will be a plus
11. English communication skills will be a plus point
