About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Growth strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy that includes customer acquisition, market penetration, and expansion into new segments
2. Market analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the e-learning industry
3. Strategic planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define short-term and long-term goals and initiatives that align with the company's vision
4. Customer acquisition: Lead efforts to acquire new customers through effective marketing and sales strategies, including digital marketing, partnerships, and outreach programs
5. Product strategy: Work closely with the product development team to align product offerings with market demands and customer needs
6. Data analysis: Utilize data analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of growth strategies, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance
7. Partnerships: Identify and develop strategic partnerships that can accelerate growth and expand our reach in the e-learning ecosystem
8. Team leadership: Manage a team of professionals dedicated to growth and strategy, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of revenue generated).
