Business Development (Sales) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Affiliate Recruitment and Outreach: Identify and onboard new advertisers and publishers through LinkedIn and other sources to expand the affiliate network.

2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential affiliates, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction.

3. Affiliate Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to optimize affiliate partnerships and increase overall program performance.

4. Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and evaluate affiliate performance to ensure campaigns meet company targets and KPIs.

5. Report Creation and Updates: Prepare and update detailed performance reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to provide insights into affiliate activities and revenue generation.

6. Negotiation and Agreements: Negotiate contracts, terms, and commission structures with affiliates and partners to align with company objectives.

7. Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and resolve any issues that arise during operations.

8. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve concerns or disputes with affiliates and partners to maintain productive relationships.

9. Market Research and Trend Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to enhance the affiliate program.

10. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all affiliate activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and quality standards.
