About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Generate and close leads for finance and investment trainings for college students, corporate employees, and investors
2. Tie up with campus ambassadors in your assigned area of work to generate leads and help the firm onboard trainees or candidates
3. Tie up with corporations, MNCs, and RWA members in housing societies and clubs to generate and convert high-quality leads by offering value-added welfare programs and solutions without any extra cost to the firm
4. Meet administrative heads and introduce the firm; it's disruptive by initiating alliances across Delhi NCR and conducting business development campaigns effectively for higher business conversion
5. Tie up with schools, colleges, and corporations to be their official financial education providers for their scholars and help launch cobranded trainings and internships
6. Execute a lot of on-ground and online surveys to help the firm customize offerings for the target audience
7. Conduct corporate, campus, or onsite presentations to generate and convert leads
8. Lead by example: conduct interviews and onboard a team of interns further to assist in marketing, sales, and lead generation efforts
9. Assist the founder in making a business plan to launch new offerings w.r.t. demographics, psychographics, and related decision-assisted tools in their territory of work

Other requirements

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. IMP: This is a remote work opportunity that involves frequent travel to the worksite, i.e., colleges, corporations, and worksites, with occasional office visits, 6 days of working, and a placement offer for a full-time role for excellent performers.

3. Work experience: 2 years; candidates with prior work experience, willingness to go the extra mile to execute ideas and passion for sales and marketing shall be preferred.

4. Any UG/PG: Candidates with a master’s degree are preferred.

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per sale avg 31 a month).

Stipend and benefits: The internship offers a base minimum stipend of INR 8,000 P.M. + an incentive of INR 1000 on each conversion (if generated leads get converted into sales and bring revenue to the firm).

Internship type: It is a full-time role with extensive travel across your region of work. It is mostly work from home, with occasional office visits (once or twice a week) for training, handholding, and performance reviews.
