Business Development (Sales) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting real-time research and identifying potential sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification, and classification
2. Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product/ services
3. Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/services as per their needs
4. Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients
5. Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients
6. Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence
7. Making telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective clients
8. Developing clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers
9. Expediting the resolution of the client's problems and complaints
10. Coordinating sales effort with Sales Head and technical service groups
11. Planning and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the return on time
