Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Generating leads for service operations, partnership development, etc. through outbound calls, website, social media, and other digital initiatives
2. Handling calls on our toll-free number, customer query and complaint resolution
3. Working on customer relationships for new service requirements, service order booking, tracking fulfillment, etc.
