About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Initiate initial contact with potential clients through calls, emails, and social media to introduce our products (LED lights)
2. Coordinate and schedule meetings between clients and our sales team, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-ups
3. Learn about the company's products to communicate key features and benefits to potential clients effectively
4. Maintain and update client information and status regularly
5. Build and foster positive relationships with prospective clients, acting as the first point of contact for inquiries

Who can apply

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 26th Nov'24 and 31st Dec'24

3. are available for duration of 3 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone and via email

2. Client-focused with the ability to engage and create positive experiences during the outreach process

3. Highly organized with the ability to schedule meetings, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records

4. Self-motivated and able to work independently while being part of a collaborative team

5. Basic proficiency in using tools like MS Office (Excel, Word), Google Suite, and communication platforms

6. Must be based in Gurgaon (role is work-from-home, but the candidate must be willing to meet clients in person if required)
