Company Description:
At Bharosa Healthtech, we are dedicated to creating a bridge of trust between patients and healthcare services through verified and authentic reviews. Our mission is to empower patients with reliable information, personalized care, and seamless access to the best healthcare providers.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Pharmacy & Chemist Partnerships: Meet with pharmacy and chemist owners to introduce Bharosa and encourage them to partner with us, enhancing their business and patient experience.
2. Patient Engagement: Speak to patients in pharmacies and encourage them to share their experiences and reviews on the Bharosa platform.
3. Drive B2B Partnerships: Work with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to secure partnerships that benefit both businesses and patients.
4. Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with partners to ensure they see value in continued collaboration with Bharosa.
5. Research & Database Generation: Research and gather information on doctors in your assigned area, building a comprehensive database to facilitate partnerships and patient referrals.
6. Market Insights: Gather feedback from pharmacies, patients, and chemists to provide insights to the Bharosa team for continuous platform improvements.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
2. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
3. A passion for the healthcare industry and patient-centric solutions
4. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and willing to work in a dynamic startup environment
5. Sales experience or coursework in business/sales is a plus, but not mandatory

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 3500 per no. of reviews collected).
