About the internship
Careers360 is looking for an MBA fresher who has an interest in tele-sales and is comfortable working from the office (Sec-44, Gurugram).
Job Description: This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high-performance environment that emphasizes spreading the unique way of learning in your city.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Contact potential customers (parents and students) to set up meetings and counsel the students on learning methods
2. Take up revenue responsibility; this hybrid model of sales will give you exposure to the best of inside sales
3. Tell the students about the CAT, JEE, and NEET exams over the phone, counsel them, and convince them to subscribe to them
Note: It is a target-based profile and has incentives for best performance.

1. The working hours are a minimum of 9 hours (10 a.m. onwards).
2. The working days are 6 (the last week off).
3. The location is Gurugram, Sec-44.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per performance bonus).
