About the internship
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven business development (sales) executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads from our Facebook and Instagram advertisements into enrollments for our public speaking courses.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Lead conversion: Call potential learners who have inquired about our public speaking course via Facebook and Instagram and convert them into enrollments.
2. Lead management: Maintain and manage all leads, ensuring each one receives prompt and professional attention.
3. Customer satisfaction: Ensure that every customer feels valued and satisfied with our service, encouraging them to recommend and refer us to others.
4. Sales targets: Achieve set targets for lead conversions and enrollments.
5. Promotional activities: Work on social media and business handles to boost and promote David Linus Learning and Development, with a focus on our public speaking courses.
6. Record keeping: Keep detailed records of all customer interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes.
7. Performance monitoring: Monitor your performance against targets and report regularly to management.

Other requirements
1. Fluency in Hindi and English: Must be able to communicate effectively in both languages. (Mandatory)
2. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in phone sales.
3. Organizational skills: Ability to manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing.
4. Customer-focus: Strong customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
5. Goal-orientation: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
6. Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and social media platforms for promotional activities.

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per sale).
