About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration
2. Negotiate prices or other sales terms
3. Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price
4. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
5. Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services
6. Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property and advise them on the suitability and value of the property they visit
7. Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases
8. Coordinate property closings, overseeing the signing of documents and disbursement of funds
9. Develop a network of attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors to whom clients may be referred
10. Rent or lease properties on behalf of clients

1. Preference for candidates who have prior marketing and sales experience in real estate.

2. Preference for candidates who are ready to relocate to the Gurgaon region or reside in Gurgaon.

3. Preference for candidates who are available for a full-time (in-office) internship.

4. Preference for candidates who are willing to visit the real estate agencies.

5. Preference for candidates who have networks in real estate agencies in Gurgaon.

6. Fixed commission on deal conversion.
