About the internship
We are on the hunt for a business development (sales) intern who can turbocharge our growth by bringing on board not just any clients, but the right ones! Your mission will be to connect with business decision-makers in the US geographies, understand their needs, and demonstrate how our innovative recruitment solutions can elevate their hiring processes.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Find the game-changers: Scout and generate new business opportunities with precision
2. Build the bridge: Reach out to prospects via emails, LinkedIn, and cold calls and establish that first key touchpoint
3. Follow through like a pro: Qualify potential customers, set appointments, and keep those relationships warm
4. Own your pipeline: Use Hubspot to track, manage, and optimize sales activities
5. Stay in the know: Keep up with market trends, competition, and our evolving product features
6. Collaborate and conquer: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align strategies and share insights
