Join our team at Microkarya as a business development (sales) intern. As part of our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on industry experience in B2B sales, email marketing, digital marketing, social media marketing, and data analysis.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities to drive growth
2. Support the founding team in creating and implementing effective sales strategies
3. Conduct market research and analyze data to identify potential clients
4. Assist in managing email marketing campaigns and analyzing their performance to optimize results
5. Collaborate with the marketing team on executing social media campaigns and creating engaging content
6. Utilize MS Excel and other analytics tools to track and analyze sales data for insights
7. Provide administrative support to the team as needed to ensure smooth operations

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 100 per sale).
