About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from users regarding queries, technical issues, and general support.
2. Provide prompt and courteous responses to user inquiries through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
3. Assist users in navigating the BharatVit platform, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions.
4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with users in the CRM system.
5. Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly.
6. Proactively identify and report user feedback, trends, and potential areas for improvement to the relevant teams.
7. Uphold BharatVit's standards of service excellence and professionalism in all user interactions.
