About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Profitably grow by onboarding new clients, growing existing accounts, and ensuring timely collections
2. Conduct hunting to generate market intelligence (competition business) of allocated areas
3. Identify new markets and prioritize basis yield and load
4. Hunt new strong & viable retail partners to increase market share
5. Increase the market share from existing customers and channel partner
6. Work on partner development
7. Build strong infrastructure by onboarding retail partner with dedicated vehicle & dedicated terminal
8. Work in a fast-paced and hyper-growth environment where the requirements are constantly changing
9. Understand client needs and requirements and conceptualize and design solutions for them
10. Focus on providing the highest quality of service and experience to the clients
11. Engage with senior personnel on the client side and influence them to reinforce their commitment towards the organization

Who can apply

4. have relevant skills and interests

1. Must have a personal vehicle (2 wheeler/4 wheeler)

2. Must have excellent verbal and written communications

3. Must have enthusiasm and willingness to go to the market and meet customers

4. Must have knowledge of regional language skills

5. Must have good geographical knowledge

6. Must have an MBA in sales and marketing

7. A highly driven individual who goes that extra mile to strengthen the relationship with the clients

8. Has the ability to work in a fast-paced and hyper-growth environment where the requirements are constantly changing

9. Understand client needs and requirements and conceptualize and design solutions for them

10. Focused to provide the highest quality of service and experience to the clients

11. Strong interpersonal skills to engage with senior personnel on the client-side and to influence them to reinforce their commitment towards the organization

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 400000 /year
