About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities by calling with the given leads
3. Set up meetings on-site with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
4. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
5. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
6. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
8. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
9. You Will Be Responsible For
10. Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
11. New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
12. Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
13. Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
14. Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
