Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve ambitious sales targets.
2. Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels.
3. Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
4. Conduct property tours and effectively present our portfolio.
5. Negotiate deals and close sales to maximize revenue.
6. Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports.
