About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Pitching Frello icecreams to prospective clients (cafes, departmental stores, etc.)
2. Creating all materials (written documents, etc.) required for effective sales pitches
3. Identifying sales channels where we can effectively place our product
4. Evaluating sales approach by tracking numbers and regularly updating the pitch as needed

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 300000 /year

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 750 per customer onboarding).

About Frello Fresh Ice Creams

Frello! is a new age ice cream brand, aimed at providing fresh and ingredient-rich ice creams to customers leveraging the scalable, asset-light distribution model of ice cream carts. Additionally, the product is aimed to provide a better-for-you experience to consumers by replacing sugar with jaggery and using unprocessed farm fresh milk for production. While ensuring all of the above, our distribution model enables us to make these premium ice creams affordable for our customers.
