About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Selling Easy Pay card services to targeted customers in the assigned area of the branch
2. Generating own leads by way of door-to-door activity & through cold calls in the assigned area
3. Submitting the daily call reports to branch sales TL
4. Attending all inquiry calls within TAT
5. Conducting weekly BTL activity through kiosk activity/leafleting/brochure distribution etc.
6. Conducting & participating in on-ground activity/group activity to counter competition
7. Generating sales from low utilized element within the assigned area to maximize capacity utilization
8. Assisting branch sales In charge of the preparation of the sales plan for the area

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per sales).
