About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Making calls to customers, receiving calls, responding to emails requesting a callback
2. Managing involvement with the marketing team and conversing with collaborators
3. Working on student feedback and testimonial collection
4. Working on verbal engagement with existing student base and customer support
5. Giving feedback to parents about the performance and status of the child s progress
6. Being the immediate contact point after a person s interaction with the IVR (chipping right after 'our team will get in touch with you')
7. Reaching out to educational institutions
8. Closing the deal with potential registrations

Additional information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 600000 /year

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 600 per sale).
