About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Learn and understand company service offerings across all areas.
2. Use a personalized and need-based selling approach to consult and convert prospective customers into paid customers.
3. Understand clients' core learning needs through conversations and align program offerings via phone, email, and text.
4. Address customer objections in a consultative manner to close sales successfully.
5. Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
6. Grow existing accounts.
7. Identify and develop new business opportunities.
8. Ensure all business development activities are coordinated and executed in a timely manner.
9. Document the sales process and closing.
10. Create proposals and presentation materials.
11. Manage customer relationships.
12. Conduct LinkedIn outreach and lead generation.
13. Aid the sales team in achieving targets through lead qualification processes.
14. Make calls or perform warm outreach, using creative thinking to develop new and unique sales tactics.
