About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Business Development:
Assist in identifying potential clients, such as hospital patients, families, and corporates.
Develop and implement strategies to increase bookings and partnerships.
Manage online listings and optimize digital marketing campaigns to enhance visibility.
Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, local businesses, and travel agents.
Create and execute promotional offers to attract long-term and short-term guests.
2. Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the service apartments, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and other services to maintain quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and apartment inventory.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Other requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, hospitality management, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of digital marketing and customer service is a plus.
