1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a cheerful, persuasive personality
3. Experience in inside sales or customer service is a plus
4. Proficiency in CRM tools and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office
