About the internship

As a Business Development (Sales) Intern at SVS Lifespaces Private Limited, you will gain hands-on experience in the dynamic and fast-paced real estate industry. Your strong English proficiency and skills will be valuable in managing client interactions and sales operations effectively.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Call potential leads, provide detailed explanations of ongoing projects, and address their queries.
2. Follow up with prospective clients to nurture relationships and schedule site visits.
3. Understand client requirements and assist in explaining project details, pricing, and offers.
4. Greet and interact with prospective customers during site visits and office meetings, ensuring a positive experience.
5. Actively participate in promotional campaigns and real estate exhibitions.
6. Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM records.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Prepare and submit daily activity reports to the manager, tracking leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
9. Build strong and lasting relationships with clients, enhancing customer trust and retention.
10. Gather insights from clients and prospects, sharing valuable feedback with the internal team for improvements.
11. Conduct research on market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences to help refine sales strategies.

Other requirements

1. Candidates pursuing or recently completed BBA/MBA.

2. Strong communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.

3. Excellent interpersonal skills.

4. Persuasive and negotiation skills.

5. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.

6. Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven with a proactive approach to sales.

7. Own a two-wheeler (preferred but not mandatory).
