About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing information and addressing inquiries to ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
2. Coordinate sales activities and work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies. Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to customer requirements.
3. Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues related to orders or shipments.
4. Provide technical assistance to customers and internal stakeholders, identifying and proposing appropriate products or solutions based on customer needs.
5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive offerings. Provide insights and recommendations to support business development efforts.
6. Maintain sales records, customer databases, and documentation related to sales activities. Prepare regular sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts for management review.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and preferences to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

1. A graduate or diploma in engineering, environmental science, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

2. Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

3. Show proficiency in MS Office and technical software relevant to the industry.

4. Work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per sale).
