1. Effectively engaging with the clients and generating the set targeted revenue
2. Analyzing, differentiating and converting clients from hot prospects by calling on qualified leads
3. Calling prospective clients and engaging with them to maximize sales
4. Focusing on building long-term relationship with the clients
5. Ensuring that the client information is maintained and updated in CRM
6. Conducting market research and keeping up to date with the knowledge of market
7. Taking initiatives and prioritizing tasks effectively to deliver business results
8. Ensuring high customer retention through customer service and relationship
9. Escalating the burning issues at the right moment to the direct reporting manager
Qualifications and Experience
1. MBA/MCom/MA-Economics
2. Experience of working in BFSI sector would be an added advantage
3. NISM X L1/L2 or NISM XI certification Mandatory - During Internship
PPO:
Successful completion of Internship with NISM - Advisor Level 1 & Level 2 certification with a CTC ranging between (2 LPA to 4 LPA)
