We are seeking a proactive Business Development Tele-Caller to manage and follow up with hot leads. In this role, you will focus on converting high-potential leads into clients through effective communication and strategic follow-ups.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Reaching out to hot leads who have shown interest in our products or services
2. Conducting timely follow-up calls to nurture leads, address their needs, and resolve any issues
3. Persuading leads to take action and finalize their decisions
4. Updating lead information, tracking interactions, and maintaining accurate records in CRM
5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients
6. Providing insights and reports on lead status and conversion performance

1. Experience in tele-calling, sales, or business development

5. Proficiency with CRM software is a plus
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 100000 to 300000 /year
