About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective buyers through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling.
2. Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding property pricing, market trends, financing options, and legal requirements.
3. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific needs, preferences, and budget constraints, and offer suitable property recommendations accordingly.
4. Negotiate sales agreements, purchase contracts, and other legal documents to ensure favorable terms for both parties.
5. Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and legal professionals to facilitate smooth and timely property transactions.
6. Maintain a comprehensive database of clients, leads, properties, and transactions, and regularly update records to track progress and measure performance.
