About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Seller Onboarding:
Identify and engage potential sellers to join our platform.
Guide new sellers through the onboarding process, ensuring they are well-equipped to use our platform effectively.

2. Consulting and relationship management:
Provide expert advice and support to sellers, helping them understand how to maximize their success on our platform.
Offer tailored solutions to address any issues or concerns sellers may have.

3. Customer Query Handling:
Address and resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.
