About the internship
As a business development (sales) intern at V M Stonex India Private Limited, you will have the exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and gain hands-on experience in the world of sales, marketing & business development.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in developing and implementing email marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
2. Utilize MS-Excel and MS-Word to analyze data and create reports for the sales team.
3. Support the digital marketing team in creating and optimizing social media marketing campaigns.
4. Conduct business analysis and research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective communication strategies and pitches for potential clients.
6. Assist in managing and updating the company's CRM system with relevant sales data.
7. Work closely with senior sales professionals to learn and contribute to the overall sales strategy of the company.
8. Growing business by finding clients organically.
9. Talking to the clients to get orders.
10. Handling and following up with clients in his/her sales pipeline and getting orders for the company.
11. Managing clients.
12. Coming up with growth development hacks to increase traffic on the website.

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 700000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 10000 per sale).
