Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Kolkata. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for lead generation, market research, and communication to facilitate sales growth. This role involves preparing and delivering presentations to clients to highlight the benefits of BYJU'S learning solutions.

Qualifications

Excellent presentation skills
Experience in lead generation and market research
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing
Experience in the education industry is a plus
Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
