About the internship

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the company's growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our software development services.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

(a) Sales strategy and execution:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
2. Identify and target potential clients in various industries, including startups, SMEs, and large enterprises.
3. Conduct market research to understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
4. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
5. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

(b) Client relationship management:
1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
3. Collaborate with the project management and development teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

(c) Marketing strategy and campaigns:
1. Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
2. Create and manage content for marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, blog posts, and newsletters.

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per sale).
