You will be the face of Techsphere to prospective clients, executing outbound campaigns and engaging potential customers across multiple channels. Your efforts will directly impact our sales pipeline, enabling our team to deliver innovative AI-driven solutions to global markets.
1. Work closely with the founder in developing processes, strategies, and tactics for business growth
2. Conduct targeted outreach to prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate high-quality leads
3. Identify, qualify, and nurture leads, ensuring they align with Techsphere's ideal customer profile
4. Research and gather intelligence on target accounts, industry trends, and key decision-makers to craft personalized outreach strategies
5. Drive engagement by addressing client needs, highlighting the value proposition of Techsphere offerings, and guiding prospects toward scheduling discovery meetings
6. Build and maintain accurate records of outreach activities and prospect interactions in the CRM system and spreadsheets
7. Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs, including outreach, meetings scheduled, and qualified opportunities generated
