Business Development (Sales) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
2. Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
3. Keeping up with product and service information and updates
4. Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
5. Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email
6. Staying informed about competing products and services
7. Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
8. Researching and qualifying new leads
9. Upselling products and services
10. Closing sales and achieving sales targets
