We are an IT company currently developing an educational portal for students, careerkarts.com. It is aimed to provide online career counseling and guidance for school going students who at present are studying in 10th and 12th class.
About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Prospecting new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising, or other means of generating business from potential clients
2. Creating an efficient & effective business development model and lead conversion strategies
3. Tracking market development and suggesting ways for healthy competition
4. Achieving the set sales performance targets and presenting reports every month/quarter/year on performance
5. Analyzing client requirement specifications and obtaining solutions by coordinating with the implementation team and management
6. Outlining commercial implications and margining analysis for all proposals
7. Building and maintaining excellent business relationships with both existing and potential clients
8. Accurately forecasting revenue streams & preparing budgets for the same
9. Assuring client satisfaction by meeting and exceeding delivery

Other requirements:
  1. Should be a confident negotiator with the ability to close the deal
  2. Should be able to walk the extra mile to ensure business growth
  3. Should be a self- starter and an independent thinker
  4. Should have good presentation skills
  5. Should be able to do extensive traveling
