College Scout is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Intern to join our team. As a Sales Intern, you will play a crucial role in driving admissions by effectively engaging with potential students and guiding them through the admission process. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales within the education sector.
1. Lead Engagement: Proactively call and follow up with daily leads generated through various channels, including online inquiries, referrals, and marketing campaigns
2. Admissions Target: Work towards meeting weekly and monthly admissions targets set by the sales department, demonstrating a results-oriented approach
3. Consultative Selling: Conduct consultations with prospective students to understand their educational goals, address inquiries, and provide personalized guidance on available programs and admission requirements
4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with potential students, establishing trust and rapport to facilitate their journey through the admission process
5. Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of lead interactions, inquiries, and admissions progress in the CRM system
6. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to strategize and optimize lead conversion efforts, sharing insights and best practices to enhance overall performance
7. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, admission requirements, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate the value proposition of College Scout's programs

4. are from or open to relocate to Delhi, Gurgaon, Lucknow and neighboring cities

Other requirements
1. Currently completed a Bachelors program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively over the phone and in person
3. Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets
4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
6. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is a plus
