About the internship

Are you a dynamic and driven individual with a passion for creating unforgettable events? Crystal Events is seeking a talented event management intern to join our team! With your expertise in sales and event management, along with your proficiency in spoken and written English, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing exceptional events for our clients.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their event needs and provide tailored solutions
2. Meeting and exceeding sales targets
3. Being willing to make calls to cold and warm leads
4. Creating a business from new and existing customer accounts
5. Reporting and presenting Inside Sales progress and updates
6. Managing email and telephonic communication with prospective clients
7. Coordinating all aspects of event planning, from venue selection to catering and entertainment arrangements
8. Creating detailed event proposals and budgets to ensure seamless execution within financial constraints
9. Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality events that exceed client expectations
10. Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance event offerings
11. Overseeing event logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and on-site coordination
12. Monitoring event success through post-event evaluations and feedback to drive continuous improvement

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 10000 per sale).
