About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Tracking sales team productivity, get the daily activity reports from field sales/inside sales and pre-sales, and do the analysis on the productivity of the team every week
2. Getting weekly updates from sales on all leads from marketing and inside sales team and ensuring follow-up by the sales team
3. Coordinating with BDM and RBM to get weekly funnel reports and doing analysis of all sales reports to share it with the leadership team
4. Managing and evaluating data to determine the effectiveness of a product or campaign
5. Producing data for the sales team (sales operation employees must oversee the use of various applications and platforms)
6. Conducting sales forecasting by recognizing past trends, sales operations (professionals should be able to forecast future sales)
7. Keeping a close track on outstanding and coordinating with sales to get on-time recovery of dues
8. Handling onboarding and training to have a successful orientation training of sales team on sales processes
