About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create marketing strategies for different clients
2. Meet and exceed sales targets
3. Create a business from new customer accounts
4. Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
5. Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers/clients
6. Perform direct sales by visiting the client
7. Increase our presence on social media accounts such as Instagram and LinkedIn
8. Create and close new opportunities
9. Use the expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers, by using a consultative approach to selling
10. Pitch our cleaning services to corporates/factories/residential areas and warehouse corporate offices to help them improve their quality of life

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (25% of per client).
