About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing team size of approximately 15 persons
2. Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
3. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
4. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
5. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
6. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
7. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
8. Developing quotes and proposals for clients
9. Developing goals for the development team/business growth and ensuring that they are met
10. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
11. Managing and achieving sales targets from the generated leads
12. Generating and converting leads
