Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 20th Jan'20 and 19th Feb'20
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Mysuru, Ooty, Sringeri, Hornadu, Madikeri, Bangalore and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
1. Willing to travel 200-250kms per day on a bike to explore offbeat destinations
2. Proven work experience (minimum 1 year) as a field sales executive/relationship management executive
3. Good communication skills with street-smartness and attitude for sales
4. Good interpersonal skills to manage partners
5. In-depth knowledge of local roads, routes, tourist destinations, etc.
6. Good PC skills, especially in MS Excel
7. Adept with the use of smartphones & smartphone apps, able to capture detailed data
8. Undergraduate/Graduate in any field
9. Must have a personal bike & dual-sim smartphone-Android 6.0 and above
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per sale).
1. The incentives will be given to the interns on a per-sale/per tie-up basis.
