This position if for an intern who could enroll dealers for a display of our products. This will be an on the field job and training about the product. Of the 3 positions, we will absorb the candidate bringing in maximum dealers.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Presenting our products to dealers of ply, laminates, and veneers
2. Enrolling them to display our products (paid display)
3. Reporting the number of meeting done during the day on a daily basis

3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Thane, Navi Mumbai, Virar, Mumbai and neighboring cities

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 300000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per converted dealer).
Insta Build is a brand owned by Indu Packaging Daman Limited. The driving influence was to meet the rising need for decorative, easy and quick to apply products in the interior design space. We're a self-funded startup with a team of 5. In a span of 1.5 years, we have managed to get 45 touchpoints i.e. dealers/ distributors across the country. Our first product out is Insta Walls which is a 3D Foam Wall Cladding, it has 8 variants and 37 SKUs.
We're on the lookout for innovative products for the Indian interior design space while increasing our footprint via exhibitions, social media, direct sales, advertising, etc. Our brand Insta Build is pending registration while Insta Walls is a registered trademark.
