Business Development (Sales) Internship

A. Client Consultation
-Understand clients' career goals, educational background, and skill set.
-Advise clients on the best training programs or certifications aligned with their career aspirations.
-Help clients navigate the placement process and suggest suitable job opportunities.

B. Program Promotion & Enrollment
-Provide detailed information about our training and placement services.
-Assist clients in selecting the appropriate training programs based on their needs and career objectives.
-Drive program enrollment and registration processes.

C. Relationship Management
-Build strong relationships with prospective and current clients to ensure their satisfaction.
-Address client concerns and provide ongoing support throughout their training and placement journey.

D. Follow-up & Engagement
-Regularly follow up with clients to track their progress and ensure continued engagement with our services.
-Offer guidance to clients during job placement phases and provide feedback to improve services.

E. Market & Product Feedback
-Collect feedback from clients regarding the effectiveness of training programs and job placement assistance.
-Share market insights and client feedback with the leadership team to improve strategies and services.

Skills Required:
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
-Experience in career counselling, education, or recruitment (preferred).
-Good organizational and multitasking skills.
-Proficient in MS Office or CRM software.
