About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Reach out to the potential clients and make outbound calls to pitch for our short courses, workshops and other services.
2. Build and maintain relationships with prospects to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
3. Effectively communicate the value propositions of our services to the prospective clients.
4. Follow up with leads and track the conversion process to ensure a high rate of success.
5. Maintain detailed records of calls, interactions, and sales performance.
6. Use MS Excel to track lead conversion data and prepare regular reports.

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
3. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
