About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make inbound & outbound calls to potential customers
2. Explain the product to customers who visit
3. Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
4. Perform cost-benefit and analyze existing/potential customers to meet their needs
5. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
6. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
7. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
8. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
9. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
10. Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports
11. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
