About the internship

As part of the commercial team, equipped with enthusiasm and skill, you will be responsible to work on increasing sales.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on strategic account planning, leveraging product, and service capabilities & driving profitable business growth
2. Set sales growth targets with clients & ensure end-to-end account profitability and growth of key accounts assigned
3. Act as the main point of contact between clients and the various internal departments, in support of client's specific e-commerce business needs
4. Work on managing channel distribution, creative and content creation, marketing support, and other IT services related to e-commerce store management or website management
5. Monitor daily management planning of inventory for both consignment and outright-purchase stocks, maximizing sales while leveraging on e-marketplace campaigns
6. Manage the brand's marketing and promotional campaigns, while minimizing stock-out and excess stockholding risk
7. Monitor business reviews regularly with key clients to ensure that key performance indicators are met and strategize to improve KPI
8. Present or consult with senior-level management about business trends regularly with a view to developing new services or introducing new products or product categories
9. Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and promote the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators to potential new clients

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (5% of conversion).
