About the internship
We are seeking a proactive and motivated business development intern to join our team. This role is designed to offer hands-on experience in hotel onboarding, event partnerships, corporate sales, and catering services. The ideal candidate will support the growth of our business by connecting with potential hotel and event partners, managing client relationships, and contributing to corporate sales strategies.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Work on hotel onboarding process:
1. Identify potential hotel partners and facilitate the onboarding process.
2. Collaborate with hotels to gather required documentation and ensure smooth listing on Viharr.com.
3. Maintain accurate records of hotel contracts, agreements, and listings.
B. Work on events onboarding:
1. Research and identify event opportunities to onboard on our platform.
2. Build partnerships with event organizers for exclusive booking solutions.
3. Coordinate with internal teams to integrate event listings and promotions.
C. Handle corporate sales:
1. Assist in developing and executing strategies to acquire new corporate clients.
2. Pitch Viharr's services to corporate travel departments for long-term partnerships.
3. Help manage existing corporate relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
D. Work on catering services:
1. Explore partnerships with catering providers to expand our service offerings.
2. Assist in developing catering solutions for corporate events and hotel partners.
3. Coordinate between catering partners and clients to ensure seamless service delivery.

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, hospitality, sales, or related fields.
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
3. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
5. Enthusiastic about the travel and hospitality industry.
6. Prior experience in sales or hospitality (preferred, but not mandatory).
