About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Formulating and implementing sales plans aimed at expanding the customer network.
2. Interacting with clients to foster connections and understand their requirements.
3. Identify potential rental flats through to-let boards, connecting builders.
4. Converting potential leads into successful deals
5. Evaluating sales and presenting reports to senior management.
6, Overseeing property management and maintaining an organized property inventory.

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 4500 per sale).
